Before you write
The troubleshooting section on the homepage solves most cases: grant the overlay permission for a missing menu, uninstall the official Roblox app for an install conflict, and install the current build when scripts break after a game update. If you do write, telling us your phone model, Android version and the exact point where things fail helps us reproduce it.
Response times
We reply within two working days, usually faster. We cannot recover Roblox accounts or reverse actions taken inside the game; those belong to Roblox and the tool's developers.
